Reservations are not required to stay at the Lodge, but they are encouraged.
Reservations are taken up to a year in advance. Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, Checks, Cash, and Direct-Bill are accepted. Cancellations are required by
5:00 pm the day prior to your reservation or first night's rate will be charged.
Crystal Hancock manages the Lodge and the (877) BIG-HILL (877-244-4455) number
rings to their cell phone which she have at all times. The office hours are from 8am to
10pm everyday. The office is located in unit #1 of the lodge, and Crystal lives in that
unit. Please call to make arrangements if you are going to need to check-in after 10pm.
