Reservations are not required to stay at the Lodge, but they are encouraged.
Reservations are taken up to a year in advance. Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, Checks, Cash, and Direct-Bill are accepted. Cancellations are required by
5:00 pm the day prior to your reservation or first night's rate will be charged.
There is not an office on-site at the Lodge. Check-in is done at our office located at
317 West 4th, Cherryvale, which is just 1 1/2 blocks North of the Lodge.
Daleen Forman manages the Lodge and the (877) BIG-HILL (877-244-4455) number
rings to their cell phone which she have at all times. The office hours are from 8am to
10pm everyday.
